It is possible to separately regulate the filling speed and dispensing intervals on all models. The work cycle can run in manual sequence mode or continuous mode.
The machines are all fitted with service accessories, that is a hopper, dual intake pipe, nozzles. It is also possible to customize the machine adding a support trolley unit, a pedal jog system, special valves for abrasive products and special tube nozzles etc.
Dumek's filling machines can also work "hot" when special accessories are fitted, such as the heated hopper with or without a mixer and the product cylinder fitted with a double jacket for closed circuit circulation of the heating/cooling liquid.
All the processing phases are made easier. In particular hoppers can be loaded automatically thanks to the level indicator that activates the product feed pump automatically.
All the parts in contact with products are made from AISI 304/316 stainless steel, in Teflon® or other non-toxic materials. The components can be removed and cleaned and the various parts sanitized.
